Target
C4c is a compoment in the Complement cascade and is a degradation product of C4b which is cleaved by C4b/C3b inactivator to yield C4d and C4c (soluble). C4c consists of a g-chain (30 kDa), a b-chain (75 kDa), and two a-domains denoted a3 (27 kDa) and a4 (14 kDa). C4c reacts with C1 and C2 to form C3 convertase of the classic activation pathway.

Application

ELISA: CAM 072-18 was used in ELISA. (1) When CAM 072-18 (4 μg/mL) was used as a capture antibody, biotinylated HYB 162-02 (0.4 μg/mL) was used as the detection antibody in order to measure C4c.

WB: CAM 072-18 was used in Western blot. (1)

IP: CAM 072-18 was used in immunpercipitation. (1)

IHC: CAM 072-18 was used in IHC in formaline fixed paraffin embedded tissue with a dilution of 1:600.

IHC staining of human kidney with CAM 072-18. Strong staining of veins of nephritis kidney. Dilution: 1:600

IHC staining of human liver with CAM 072-18. Cytoplasm of hepatocytes moderately labelled and plasma of veins strongly in liver tissue. Dilution: 1:600

IHC staining in human tonsil with CAM 072-18. Plasma in lumen of veins is stained strongly as well as follicular dendritic cells in germinal center of tonsil. Dilution: 1:600

IF: CAM 072-18 was used in IF with a dilution of 1:200.

IF staining of human kidney with CAM 072-18. Strong staining of veins of nephritis kidney. Dilution: 1:200

IF staining in human tonsil with CAM 072-18. Plasma in lumen of veins is stained strongly in tonsil tissue. Dilution: 1:200
