gRAD Lateral Flow
A pioneering generic rapid assay device for custom lateral flow assays.
What is gRAD?
The generic Rapid Assay Device (gRAD) is a patented and optimized generic lateral flow strip with two printed lines:
- A test line where a biotinylated antibody (or other biotinylated proteins) will bind
- A control line that will capture any antibody from mouse, rabbit or goat
No specific antibodies are immobilized in the strip, and therefore gRAD is not analyte dependent.
A flexible & customizable test development platform
In as little as a few weeks, develop a custom lateral flow test that requires no special equipment to run, with results in about 15 minutes. This versatile platform accommodates different sample types, single or multiplex detection, and is cost-effective to develop and run.
Simple procedure
After optimization of the capture and detection reagents, the developed test is run using the gRAD OneDetection strip.
