Product Summary
Application
ELISA: CAM 011-37 was used in ELISA. CAM 011-37 as a capture antibody (1.6 μg/mL) was used in combination with biotinylated CAM 011-05 (1μg/mL) to measure total factor XII, including factor XII derivatives such as α-factor XIIa and α-factor XIIa C1-inhibitor complexes. (1)
WB: CAM 011-37 was used in western blot to detect factor XII, α-factor XIIa C1-inh complexes and α-factor XIIa. (1)
