ELISA	ABS 046-03 binds free GLP-1(1-37), GLP-1(7-37) and GLP-1(9-37) in solution. ABS 046-03 binds free GLP-1(1-37), GLP-1(7-37) and GLP-1(9-37) in solution. ABS 046-03 works well as a capture antibody with ABS 033-10B as a biotinylated detection antibody cross-reacting about 5% with C-terminally amidated GLP-1. ABS 046-03 can also be used as a capture antibody for detection of GLP-1 derivatives. (1)
